VHS FX Studio Privacy Policy

VHS FX Studio is provided by Origin 51 LLC.

Summary

VHS FX Studio processes videos locally on your device. The current version does not require an account and does not include developer-operated analytics, advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or a developer-operated video-processing server.

Videos and Audio

When you select a video through Apple’s Photos picker, iOS provides the selected file to the app. The app may copy it to temporary local storage for preview and processing. Origin 51 LLC does not receive the selected media.

Exports

Rendered videos are created on your device and added to your Photos library after export. VHS FX Studio may use a temporary local render file and remove that temporary copy after Photos confirms the save.

Data Collection

The current version does not collect, sell, rent, or transmit personal data for advertising or tracking. It does not collect names, contacts, precise location, payment details, device identifiers, browsing history, or developer-operated usage analytics.

Local Settings

The app may store limited preferences on your device, including whether you accepted the current legal terms. These preferences are not transmitted to Origin 51 LLC.

Retention and Deletion

Temporary imported and rendered files may remain in iOS-managed temporary storage until the system or app removes them. A completed export remains in your Photos library until you delete it.

Permissions

The app uses Apple’s system Photos picker for importing. To save exports, it requests add-only Photos access. The current version does not request contacts, location, or tracking permission.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Local processing reduces transmission risk, but no device or software can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your device and keep backups of important original media.

Changes and Contact
